Main level has beautiful kitchen with large dining room table that seats 8 with a view of the river, marble counter-tops, cook-top stove and double ovens, living room with beautiful custom rock fireplace and well as custom wood beams that make the place look rustic. This room also has a queen pull out sofa bed. There is also a family room, half bath, laundry/ mud room, bedroom with full bath and queen bed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen size bed, Jack and Jill full bathroom and the other room has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a loft area upstairs with a futon. Walk out the door to your wrap around deck with stairs down to the river with a fire pit and plenty of room to play. Belnap Hot springs is approx. 20 minutes away and Hoodoo Ski Resort is approx. 40 minutes. There are several lakes and beautiful places to hike, white water raft and golf nearby.

We had a extending family getaway for large number and this house was perfect! Very spacious, plenty of room to gather together. The view of the river is amazing! Really enjoyed our stay!
